I really don't like cats! It's gone through generations of my family... It got me thinking that I don't know a man who owns a cat.Any man on here own a cat?

My wife and I do. I think it's true to say that I am his biggest mate. He tends to stick to me like glue most of the time. 
I can immediately think one one male Facebook friend who lives alone apart from his family of cats.

When I was younger I would'nt even go out with a man who owned a cat I thought it was a really strange concept..man and cat...But I have got over that now....
My brother in law is biggest cat lover I know. At one time him and my sister had 5 cats, they would probably have had more if my sister hadn't put her foot down.
One of my ex boyfriends also liked cats. I had a really skittish timid cat that wouldn't go near anyone except me. But from the very first time he came round they became good friends, I was amazed that my cat instantly trusted him.

Growing up i was never a cat lover. I could take them or leave them.
But...my gf loves cats, and she's passed that love to me as well. I have a russian blue called Spike who is like my wee furry kid.
So in answer to your question: No.

I love cats.I used to have ten cats,But i only have three now.They have died of old age gradually.The three i have left is Tom a ginger male he is 21 years old,147 in cat years,Cassie a black and white female 19 years and Pickle a black female 12 years old.When they die i will miss them.
My OH professes not to like our cat, but when she looked really poorly this morning, he was just as worried as the rest of us. He wouldn't admit it now that things are ok though

When we had our 5 my husband loved them to bits, he was as upset as me when they died. Bit daft to imagine all men would not like cats IMO
I'm a man and I have a cat. I'm absolutely mad on these furry felines, as is my dad and several other men I know.
Many women don't trust men who don't like cats - though most men I know like cats once they get a chance to actually live with one. Cats who men might meet occasionally can be aloof and unfriendly whereas a cat you live with shows the many facets of its generally beguiling personality.
My dad, one of my brothers and most of my close male relatives are real cat lovers. My other brother and one particular uncle don't like cats (or any pet) but they are quite cold, self centred people - though they also have many admirable qualities. I'd rather live with a man who likes cats and in my case, owning 3 cats, it would obviously be a deal breaker.

I do that too.
I know more men that like cats than men that like dogs. My sisters fiance loves cats (as does my sister) but they like their holidays and being able to go off and do what they want, when they want so won't get one at the moment. He loves it when he comes to ours as he gets to play with and spoil our 2 cats.
My dad is also cat mad, as are all my uncles and male cousins and off the top of my head, all the male friends are too. There are actually far more (male and female) cat owners in my friends and family than there are dog owners.

I love cats and just do get how you can share the same affection with a dog!... Like you couldnt pick a dog up or have it on your lap!
My OH thought he hated cats and had done all his life. Wasn't happy when I wanted to get a cat and was even more unhappy when I came home with 2. However, who did I used to catch behind a closed door playing with them in the middle of the night, yes, OH. Absolutely loves them to bits and 7 years later as crazy about them as ever. When we were asked to take in another cat almost 2 years ago I was a little dubious at first. Turns out I had no choice in the end. Yes was his answer and so it was done
