Before I started cooking for the family we hardly ever had a roast, my mum rarely cooked them. Now I'm the main 'cooker' we pretty much have one every Sunday. I adore having a Sunday dinner every Sunday, but do you have one every week? If so, what meat do you have?
We alternate beef, lamb, pork, etc. But I still add all the trimmings, ie roast potatoes, veg, yorkies, gravy etc.
