This show is turning more and more into 24 with all the double crossing, secret government depts and red herrings - but as a 24 fan I am really enjoying it all!

I love Quinn's character. I just love him.

Quinn is working for the CIA and the FBI. He was supposed to kill Brody but Estes told him not to.

If they had caught Abu Nazir Estes planned to eliminate Brody as he has become a complication and a political embarrassment. Quinn was sent to kill him.

Just as Quinn was leaving the the command centre to do this, Saul confronted Estes as to where Quinn was going.

Estes replied that he was going on an FBI Liaison, but Saul countered he is only an Analyst. Estes waved Quinn on ignoring Saul's question, at that point it was Clear to Saul Quinn was on a separate mission.

I'm wavering on this one. Sometimes I think it's quite good and others I think it's just another glorified soap. I am un-decided. Though, thinking about it, I do quite like the comparison someone made to "24".

I found the flashbacks of Brody's meeting with Nazir quite confusing because we weren't told which bits Brody actually told the CIA about, and which bits he kept to himself - I assume he didn't mention the bit where Nazir thanked him for saving his life in Beirut?

OK, do we know this or do you suspect it?
Should we be suspicious that he was the sole survivor of the raid during the search at the tailor's shop? Was he accidentally left alive by people working for Abu Nazir who meant to kill all present or intentionally spared for some "black ops" type reason? The latter would mean that they didn't mind killing CIA people which doesn't seem likely.

What happened to the other guy (I've forgotten his name) who was injured at the tailor's shop?
