Brody immediately picked up on the fact that she had no reason to know he drank Yorkshire tea.

She mentioned something about Yorkshire Tea and tried to pass it off as a lucky guess.

Something along the lines of not having his Yorkshire Gold tea, that he'd be lucky if there was any Folger's (American coffee brand) in the kitchen.

Rookie error, Carrie, rookie error.

It was something along the lines of:
"I'm going to make some breakfast, might have OJ but we definitely don't have Yorkshire Gold out in the sticks..."

Yeah, I don't buy that error from Carrie. The Carrie we've seen since episode 1 would not be so careless, off her meds or not.

Ah, thank you I'll have to turn the sound up next week.

Haha, did you get a satisfactory number of responses to your question RecordPlayer?

true, true.

Something about this is niggling me though.

I'm just seeing the "tea" incident as an accident at the moment.

Carrie is a top notch agent. Drink driving, meds from her sister for an undisclosed mental health issue, shagging the bloke she's been watching, blabbing to him. Employee of the month stuff, right there. Maybe she's been turned, too

An alternative (possibly far-fetched) scenario could be that Brody is indeed the turned POW, Saul is also working for Al Quaida and prompted Aileen to describe Walker as the guy who visited the house near the airport with the purpose of getting the heat off Brody and sending people off on a wild goose chase searching for a dead guy..

Wasn't he also made to dig Walker's grave and watch while he was buried as well? Or am I imagining that?

I put her 'mistake' down to her earlier conversation with Brody where they were talking about feeling free with each other; all that intimacy they'd shared maybe her guard just dropped...but yeah it does seem odd.

I thought the daughter (Dana?) was great tonight - loved it when she told Mike that they would be better off without him around. Maybe her attitude and animosity towards her mother is really because she is angry at Mike for taking her Dad's place?

Cracking ep tonight, all involved were superb, can't wait for next week!!

I think you are correct - I do have a recollection of him digging a grave. That's it, my head is starting to hurt considering the various permutations......

When they had the encounter with the white supremicist in the pub, I was wondering what the hell the relevance of that could be; then it became clear when the black guy is accused of being the terrorist - blimey how paranoid are TV producers about being accused of racism.....

Am I right in thinking that someone threw something at the glass door which resulted in Dana's arm being injured?

I recall the gravedigging, too. Maybe they messed with his head so much he believed he'd buried Walker, or it was staged to make him think that was happening, then they hoiked Walker out of the ground and to a safe place.

If Brody has been turned, he's there for a longer mission than Walker, who, by the looks of things, is out to commit a specific attack (or attacks).

I thought Dana fell through the door causing the glass to break. I didn't notice anything being thrown at the door, but could easily have missed something. I have to say, it wasn't very good safety glass looking at the cut she got on her arm.

I'm not sure whether to trust Eileen. Would she give Saul information that quickly? Earlier she told Saul that he didn't know her....(what she was like)

I think her breaking point was hearing that the man she loved wouldn't get a decent Muslim burial if no one claimed his body. Saul read her very well and went for a softly softly approach.
