I linked on to US pace
![]() ![]() Luckily, I only looked at the last post which was in a spoiler anyway. Haven't spoilt it for myself but it's so easy to make the mistake.. ![]() ![]() |

I've followed minkski's advice and subcribed to this thread now so I won't make that mistake. It's easier to find the regular threads I post on too - don't know why I didn't do this before?

I wonder what Abu Nazir got Brody to do for him. If Brody bonded emotionally with his captor( Abu Nazir) then he would've done anything for Abu Nazir. I thought the 'embarrassed' line was referring to him feeling ashamed at how he was manipulated by Abu Nazir and didn't want to admit it. I'm probably wrong.
![]() Agree with you about Brody - he's got one over on Carrie, but the last scene with him crying, showed us how messed up his life is. He's got no friends. ![]() ) and now he knows Carrie's manipulated him and had him under surveillance where does he go from here? ![]() and what's Carrie going to do with the information now she knows about Abu Nazir being one of Brody's captors? It's going to be interesting how she plays this now too. |

It's a team thing! Getting something out of Aileen was important and Saul does seem the best one to do it.
Tech guy is the best one to analyse the polygraph. Carrie seems to do what she wants anyway! ![]() I can understand Saul is the key interrogator and his methods tl but time's against them too. This is the same bloke who couldn't possibly find time to do the in-house polygraph when they were trying to track down Aileen and Raquim originally.I hope the same mad scramble for information on who killed Raquim would be going on right now too as they suspect Raquim was killed by Abu Nazir's henchmen. Right now neither Saul or Carrie are where at least one of them should be ie directing the investigation..... |

Thank you. Have missed bits as have to keep explaining things to hubby who has only watched about 3 episodes and doesn't really get what's going on! I intend to watch the whole series through again once it's ended and there's not many programmes I do that with but this has got me so gripped.
![]() Yep this is one series where the re-watch will be worthwhile. It's got me totally gripped too I'm loving it - and this thread. |

Maybe he was told to kill Raquim and Aileen so that he wouldn't be recognised as the man on the roof, ...but then Aileen was warned to make a run for it by someone. Who is that someone? ![]() Still very confusing.

This is what I find odd. Why would Nazir's men want to kill them?

Who is that someone? ![]() Still very confusing. ![]() If it was the terrorists trying to knock off Aileen and Raquim then they'd be doing it to shut them up now the CIA are onto them and their cover's been broken. If it wasn't them that carried out Raquim's murder - who was it? The mole trying to cover his own tracks? Bet whoever it is will be using different hit men next time. The CIA need to get to work on Aileen and find out all they can about who tipped her off about the surveillance and told them to run....and if she's spinning them a yarn about Walker or not. I can't work out the timeline - when was Walker supposedly on Aileen's roof, and how much before or after Affie giving up the email address was that? No idea who the mole is either - Saul, tech guy or Estes, if it's anyone else they'd better step up soon as we're running out of eps. What the actual plan is, who's running it and what their motives are is all still a glorious mystery - at least until we know Walker is actually alive. The Saudis have got to come back into this at some pointh....too many ends not tidied up from the Lynne & Farid plotline. |

Way off topic, but I saw Headhunters last night, and I can report to my "Scandinavian chums" that it was very enjoyable with both leads providing satisfaction to each gender

I`v been watching since the start of the series....I have no idea what happens....made a point of not checking any spoilers on the net either.....I`v been tempted on the odd occasion to join in the debate here...but I daren't speculate just in case I`am right....However, I hasten to add that all my hunches and theories have so far been very wide of the mark.....Oh....and I`am bloomin hooked....Homeland is the only TV series I have any interest in at the moment.

Apologies in advance for whatever else I might come up with.Quote:

I don't trust Aileen but I do like her. Why do I like all the suspected terrorists more than the CIA lot in this? ![]() Looking forward to this again tonight. |

Suspecting Brody more than ever now. What's with the immediate change of heart towards his family now he knows Carrie is suspicious of him?
Are we still going to be none the wiser after this episode too?? |
