I need a USB memory stick so that I can install the Media & File Server bundle. I currently have a Maxell Extreme 16GB that doesn't work in the Humax, and have seen some comments that say that smaller sticks are more likely to work. I don't really want to start buying a series of sticks that I don't need for any other purpose, only to find that none of them work in the Humax. Can anyone confirm whether any of the following smallish USB memory sticks work in the Humax, please?

I have a integral 4gb, works fine.

I would expect to the Kingston 4GB DataTraveler G3 to work.

Alternatively use Gparted in Linux to format a stick. I think that you have to allocate an MBR - something like that anyway.

I got an original Kingston 2GB Data Traveler to work with my NSLU2 (and other linux PVRs) after I did that.

I have a few sandisk USB drives of different sizes. They all seem to work. Just make sure they are formatted to FAT32 and not NTFS.

I have a 4Gb Buffalo USB 2.0 pen which works fine in the Humax.
