I miss it loads There was a time when Peggy, Phil, Ben, Ronnie, Roxy, Sam, Billy and Jay were all living in the Vic in 2009 and it made a brilliant unit of characters, the Vic actually had some life to it

I miss the old decoration of the living room upstairs when Peggy had it as well

Anyone else agree?

I agree. The Vic had life when it was run by the Mitchells, now its a grim and depressing place due to the awful decor and being ran by poe faced Kat and god awful Alfie. Bring back Peggy!!

Yeah I agree! It wouldn't be so bad if Kat and Alfie had that spark about them like they used to. But now they are steeped in misery thanks to BK's obsession with depressing storylines for them , and don't even get me started on imposter Shenice being there!!

Nah the days of Peggy and Phil etc were much better 'Gerr arra maa pab!!'

I miss Peggy, poor Roxy feels like a spare part now that Peggy & Ronnie have gone, no matter what storylines they give her

It's not just the running of the Vic which I miss, the overall show was MUCH better then as well 2007 to early 2010 was a great era for EastEnders, Diererick Santer was brilliant!

It was around June 2010 when I noticed a major decline in the show, and I feel it hasn't found its way back up ever since then (conicidentally that was BK's first month on the show)

Yes I agree its not a main feature anymore it always the centre of things and the main occupants a important part of that, I think they should take Alfie and Kat out of The Vic, keep them on as staff but move them back into the old Slater House.

I was sick of the Vic and the Mitchells being center of everything with their rubbish Who Killed Archie, Peggy who became a complete clown, Tragedy Ronnie and Spare Part Roxy.

So I don't miss them, at all.

No, I'm glad Peggy is gone. The only time I liked them in the Vic was when Grant was there otherwise they were a miserable bunch.

Agreed x 100000000000!

The period Peggy, Ronnie, Roxy and co were running the Vic was the most I've enjoyed EE (EVER!). I often want those days back but I've still got fond memories

To look after her Dad Charlie as he's had a stroke. But in real life Jessie's having time off after coming to terms with her messy break up

Yes I miss them. Even Roxy running it on her own with Billie would have been better than what we have now.

Kat and Alfie have sucked the life out of the VIc.
Alfie goes on like he has to brake some sort of record on how many words one can say in a minute and Kat is always miserable.
