Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone has and experience of body brushing?
I started my 'getting healthier' routine in January and as well as diet/exercise wondered if there was anything else I could do to make me 'feel better'.
I've read reports about body brushing and supposedly it's good for cellulite / lymph drainage etc and I like the fact that you only need a brush and 10 minutes of spare time, so it's not like buying one of those creams that don't work.
If anyone has any positive/negative comments about it, I'd love to see whether it's something that I should try! Thanks in advance...
