You little rotter that was the link I was going to post.I do love the sequence. The ring on the finger--crosscutting bit http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...WMFe-lM#t=261s is stunning. |

My personal favourite was Steve and Karen in 2004 when Tracy told everyone Steve was Amy's father. Brilliant episodes!

Scott and Charlene from Neighbours.
Pat and Frank from Eastenders. I like when weddings are weddings. Not an event for the next big plot twist. |

I do not like weddings per se and prefer when they are interrupted by a disaster.
This was a great one too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOyFW...ailpage#t=149s |

Was it the wedding of Kat and Andy in EE where a mass fight broke out between all of the guests as Alfie and Kat walked off together? If so, that one!

Michelle and Lofty, EastEnders. It's not given much thought now but it was massive back in the day. Over 20 million viewers watched Michelle stand him up at the altar. Quote:

Ricky and Bianca when they first got married in 1997.
I loved that whole week of episodes. Nigel trying to speak French being my favourite part.

Marilyn and Donald on H&A is another favourite of mine, as is Sally's non wedding to Kieran as it was the first big reunion they'd ever done on the show

Best wedding for me was Crossroads '75....Meg & Hugh! 15Million viewers (at least), thousands of people on the streets with police protection! whilst filming.....a nice straightforward story..(no murder etc), and a nice reception at a posh Hotel, complete with full Song from Stephanie De Sykes!! Twice!
No disaster, no deaths,....just a happy ending! Plus Larry Grayson giving his peed-off look at the end!!
