Pop music is not my forte, i'm more into rock/metal/indie/avant garde. But i do know this is a hard song to nail. It's a decent cover. Both of you are good but i do like quite like the dudes tone. You should try something from Stevie Wonder's back catalogue.

You should sing Before It Explodes by Alexandra Burke and Bruno Mars...it's a duet so maybe both of you could sing....plus it's really good for belting...

actually, reading through the previous thread, i didn't comment previously. the first video is fine. however, i think you sing in the wrong key at times, its too high. both of you also need to work on your breathing and timing. the second video is further evidence of you singing in the wrong key.

you both can sing though, absolutely. maybe you would benefit from some singing lessons?

No doubt the OP has a nice voice but Someone Like You was sung in a key that was too high and with too much vibratto for my liking. It sounded a little too karaoke but there is definitely potential.

You need to stand out, and while your voices are perfectly good, you need to take the next step and show you're individuals.
