The criticism is not about her moving on.

It's about her using abuse as a desperate attempt to create controversy, column inchs and sales after the global underperformance of You Da One (to put it lightly) and the slow down in sales of the album. Oh and look it's right in time for Talk That Talk's release. What a surprise. This song is not about her moving on. It's about getting publicity & promotion. And it worked.

Even as a big Rihanna fan yesterday this is just too publicity whoerish and distaceful for me. Despite legally owning all her albums and seeing her on tour, I guess as Rihanna would say I wasn't a real fan anyway because I don't happen to surport every mega dickish move she does.
