i am intrigued with the "religious imagery" in play....Nuns go clubbin?

maybe an irony on the fact why should society impact what you do or something.

Sisters literally doing it for themselves....could be something of a fun anthem

Yeah I totally agree! Let's hope it dosen't just go Top 30 in the UK like "Till The World Ends" though.

And I forgot that it's the first track on the album, pleased about that so I don't have to skip GMAYL straight away

yeah it will be something immense at the start like on FF really, to get the pace in there.

So intrigued by gang bang right after it though...avain i dont think it is what it seems.

and yes i hope and think it will do much much better than TTWE.

Yeah I thought "Gang Bang" and all the other weird titled songs were all deluxe songs like on Christina's "Bionic". She had a song called "Bobblehead" and it's mad

Yeah I'm sure it will, this will be the proper lead single to launch the album.

I hope you're right. If the rest of the song is as generically dull as this it will be depressing.

(Plays 'Justify My Love' ... )

Yeah absurd titled songs end up being the most WTF and immense.

I dont care if Wild is a dud or it may be one of the best ever! but MDNA i just know will be something of a blockbuster album.

The only snag is casual listeners that rely on singles do sometimes judge albums based on what is released from it nevermind....at least we know what is immense!

Like a nun gone wild, nuns go wiiild!

Does anyone else think that Madonna could have continued the "Like A..." series with "Like A Smoking-gun" for this song?? nope? just me

i am mainly glad she is mainly working with new people this era...Megaforce did an immense job for the Super Bowl trailer and now M&M

I wouldn't hold your breath. I think her team are taking leaks VERY seriously and are prepared to track down people and get the police involved

I dont think MDNA will "leak" until they plan it...it all seems very constructed that way.

Like i feel before it is released they may have on her website some previews released or something for the album to give us all a taste...that would be cool. And when its released in Ireland that Friday...MDNA will be tough to control.

So it's released on Ireland on March 23rd then? Which is St Paddy's Day isn't it?

Yeah and I hope there's previews aswell, the 30 second ones on Amazon will do

It is released worldwide except Canada and USA on Monday 26 March, including Ireland. For Canada and USA it is released on Tuesday March 27th.

"girls gone wild" will premiere in full on her Vevo channel (which was her real one all along) in lyrical form.

And this has been announced about the song -

"Madonna's Girls Gone Wild opens with an Act of Contrition spoken by Madonna

Madonna's second single from MDNA, Girls Gone Wild, opens up with an "Act of Contrition" spoken by Madonna, as reported by Madonnarama.
This explain why the video filmed this week will feature a religious theme.
This gorgeous danceable pop song is all about a good girl wanting to have fun on the dance floor, accepting her status of bad girl. It's a little autobiographical "I know good girls don’t misbehave, but I’m a bad girl anyway," Madonna sings, also whispering "Forgive me".

It looks like there is more to it than the Celebration(y) snippet in low quality....sounds like she will be adopting elements of her LAP album which I cannot wait for and Erotica era talky/singy style evoked which i also so so am psyched for!

Cannot wait to hear it all in full, unsure what time it will premiere though but when its out there will be no escape!

Madonna: Showing Lady Gaga how to do Religion.

But it looks like my ''Nuns Gone Wild'' concept is really happening.

I am so intrigued as to what the video will be like...all this kinda religious subliminal information is being teased out.

I wonder if she will translate how she really feels like how society feels she should be doing and how society feels certain stereotypes should play like.

Like people have set in their ways the concepts of ageism/prejudice in all aspects of culture and Madonna can associate with her Catholic upbringing and her rebellion against the system maybe it will showcase this with a tongue in cheek irony lyrically and visually.

Im too excited to have it on blast the premeire time wont be unveiled until tomorrow as its very "hush hush" at the moment.

I had a weird feeling they would move it to Next Friday...still hyping is working for it!

Its probably just aswell as the finished the video yesterday for it....so i think that by having it launch in March will be a best bet really! then radio release that week after and video airplay and then promo can kick in

They are most likely going to threat Girls Gone Wild as the lead single now so will be making sure they get this one right due to Give Me All You Love not performing the way they probably hoped it would.

I sincerely hope she and Interscope really get this bang on for a release.

The idea of unleashing a remix first intrigues me though....maybe the remix was the one on megamix??? dunno.

Time will tell. But Luvin did what it did as a trailer single, had a great fun video for it! and went top 10 Stateside and was in the World CHart top 10 for three weeks breaking her own record!

But its time for some insanity for Wild methinks! Just glad we have another different song before the album! Next week then!
