Anyway in answer to the opening post...... I hope Peter Andre wins it again. He deserves it after seeing his three lovely children through the string of pretend daddies they've had to endure .:)

Haha love your poll, Goaty! :D I'm laughing too much now to focus on the important matter of who should win. Will have to give it some serious thought and need to google the various candidates to see what new attention-seeking... I mean DOTY-type things they've been up to before I cast my vote.

Surely Jeff Brazier for removing his children from the spotlight and thus giving them their privacy and free time to become happy, well adjusted chidren away from the time, respect and dignity-invading agendas that some adults in showbiz place on young shoulders?

True indeed. These product sponsored 'awards' are merely marketing tripe that award who has shouted the loudest that they are a good parent (and whether they actually are or not is seemingly irrelivent) It's sort of an insult to hard working dads, poor dads, single dads, dads that have to put up with all sort of unavoidable crap and still do a great job at raising their kids in a dignified manner. I have often wondered why these kind of awards don't make parents more vocally furious?

When Rear of the Year went to someone other than Pippa Middleton, you know it's given to the first name on the list who'll turn up to recieve the award. Desperate famewhores like Peter Andre need to win this kind of useless award to validate their pointless existences. Decent fathers don't need a tacky award to validate them. The love of their children is enough.

He was my immediate choice too Daisy ~ and for exactly the same reason you've quoted. :)
