Can you access UK TV online streaming from abroad ?
Specifically Barbados, Florida, Spain, Australia & Hong Kong. BBC iPlayer, ITV Player 4od, 5od, SKY GO (with subs) etc Plus some UK Radio. Do you need to fool the source into thinking you are in the UK ? I use exclusively Apple iMacs with OSX so no Windows solutions suitable, though if it's the only option I could buy some Windows PC's. I've tried BBC iPlayer from all of the above locations, no joy. |

I used a programme which you then browse via it. i.e. put iplayer in it's search box and you can watch away. Something to do with expats living abroad.

Yes, but you need to change the IP Address, to one of England’s one like 192.168.0.1 and you may have to change the DNS and VPN Addresses too
Google for more information Then use www.catchuptv.com/ to watch the programmes |

Like 192.168.0.1 ??????
This is likely to be your router's own IP address on your home network. Check again. |

Yes you can but you will need to subscribe to a VPN service.
There are several out there and they range in price, but I have used one called Tunnelbear. Its about a fiver a month for unlimited bandwidth. They have a free version that gives you 500M per month so that you can try it out. Hope that helps. |

I use Strong VPN to access BBC iPlayer and Sky Go when abroad (assuming a decent BB speed which is far from always the case).
It's worked everywhere I've been with only one exception. |

I use sh3lls.net to watch UK content when abroad. Cheap and cheerful, but does the job.
I use http://tvcatchup.com for the live stuff, then the relevant sites such as BBC iPlayer for catch-up content. |
