Please help! Samsung GT-S5250 won't turn off and frozen on alternate logos
Hi my daughter's new phone aSamsung GT-S5250 will not turn off and she cannot access anything - it just alternates between 2 logos. Holding down the on/off button does nothing and the touch screen wont work - it is as though it has got stuck in the process of turning on. Has anyone any advice please?

Maybe pull the battery, leave it out for five minutes and try it again.

Have just tried that but unfortunately made no difference.
