It's a Wonderful Life is a load of crap and does not deserve "classic" status.

Nicolas Cage peaked in Wild at heart

Grease 2 wasn't as bad as people said, because

a) Michelle Pfeiffer was really cool
b) I really like the Cool Rider song.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes wasn't better than Burton's Planet of the Apes.

I like Alien vs Predator.

In fact I have 3 different 2 disk box sets of the above.

Lord of the Rings were some of the most boring films I've ever watched.

I love the Twilight films, all the Harry Potter films and Lord of the Rings.

On the other hand I thought Lost In Translation and The Descendents extremely boring, but hey! that's just me.

It takes all sorts

The Charlie's Angels movies are pretty great imo. Top notch stuff if you turn your brain down a notch.

John Wayne couldn't act for toffee.
He played exactly the same character in every single film he ever made (including/especially in The Searchers).
It was just a ludicrous extension of his own character (or rather, the "heroic" persona that he imagined himself to be.)

He also had no sense of humour, and couldn't tell when, particularly in his later years, directors were sending him up in their starring roles for him.

Shame on Hollywood for indulging this ridiculous man in his schoolboy fantasies for all those years.

Citizen Kane isn't nearly as great as it's been built-up to be. I never understood why it topped the Best Film Ever charts for so long.

It's a flippin' sledge for heavens sakes

I ♥ you

My own unpopular opinions:
Stop indulging DiCaprio and Pitt, neither can act and neither deserve to be awarded. Consistently out-acted by everyone else in their films. *hides*

The original Arthur film with Dudley Moore was decidedly unfunny IMO.
