This. I know for sure she fully wrote the verses for Heaven.

Cheryl completely wrote Just Live. http://www.directlyrics.com/cheryl-c...ve-lyrics.html

Like I said earlier... anyone can write A SONG, it's about writing a GOOD song though.

I wouldnt say Cheryl particuarly sang very well in that show, medicore at best. Ive barely ever seen her perform a whole song live, maybe about 3 times and none were particuarly great. Rihannas performed live 100s of times and done a pretty good job, even at worldwide events which Cole would crumble at.

But everything ive seen her do recently has been a bit...crap really, more about her dancing around the stage with a loud backtrack and singing the odd line along with the her recorded vocals. Shame as I think she is quite talented.
I doubt either would have got this far without their good looks but without a doubt Rihanna is the better singer, better dancer, better performer:

to me there's no doubt that rihanna has more talent! her voice is so much better than cheryl cole's! i don't think either of them write or contribute to their songs - so in that respect they're both as bad as each other. but rihanna is in another league to cheryl vocally.

You need an immediate hearing test. Please get in touch with your GP, who will refer you to an ENT Consultant. This distortion in your hearing will only get worse so please take action now.

Definately Rihanna, her voice may not be to everyone's taste but I really like it, it's distinctive and I think she has a great recording voice even if it can be kinda shaky in live performances. She has great style and an unpredictable image and more charisma than Cheryl imo who is just about being pretty Rihanna is more edgy/experimental with her choices. Although I'm not sure how much input she has with music as she doesn't write but she also has a very distinctive sound maybe she helps choose the type of songs she wants and changes little bits, I'm not sure but either way love her music.
