I can't believe she didn't win a single award!! she deserved best british breakthough imo!! She had the biggest selling debut album of last yr and 2 no.1 singles. Now if that's not breakthrough then i don't know what is!

I feel both Jessie and Florence were majorly snubbed this year.
Super Roux!

Well, with Adele around, there was no real chance. I wanted Florence to win at least one, but that didn't happen.

Jessie J is so average I can't believe people don't see it. Her songs are nothing but meaningless cliched topics.

Her songs have meaning! and inspiring! songs like Who's laughing now, Nodbody's perfect and Who you Are! are brilliant songs that are relate able to every one!

Never heard of Ed but love Jessie J thank god I only saw the highlights this morning, could not have sat through Blur singing 5 songs. YUK

Why? She's one of the most contrived, fake, try-hard popstars I can ever remember. One of the only saving graces for the Brits last night was the fact she didn't win anything.

There were lots of undeserving winners IMO.

TOTALLY agree!

and the only reason she has one of the biggest songs in the world right now is because it sounds EXACTLY like Katy Perry! the music, the way she sings, the lyrics, it couldve easily been lifted from Katy Perrys album.

Absolutely, completely agree.

It's a shame, because Jessie really can sing. But my god, she overdoes it. Every. Single. Time.

Jessie is terribly overrated.

For what? Overexposure and pretend-meaningful lyrics.

jessie j should have won the how to milk a broken foot for a year award and managing to get to No 1 with a 3rd rate katy perry reject of a tune. now emilie sandie there is a singer with real talent not some pikey skanky chav with little talent.

Unless you're a tweeny not sure what relevence Jessie J has.Same as One Direction. The tweeny audience is fairly large, Bieber is evidence of that, who has an absolute minimum of audience over the age of 18 at the maximum limit.
The Brits Awards is in danger of being over run by this tweeny or at least teenage audience if they are not careful, it's becoming like a Smash Hits type awards show, if it isn't already.Award shows like this are never going to sum up what is truely popular (in an all round sense) with the public at large really, but this show is so far of the mark it's unbelievable. This show is supposed to represent what is best in the British music scene or hints at doing that anyway - this Award show doesn't represent that at all.Don't think any Award ceremony could ever represent that in whatever way they do it.This award highlights who has the best PR department, basically, that's all.

It's like she's using a childs songbook of subjects and ticking them off one by one, because she knows it's going to be lapped up. God forbid she tried to write about something original.

Contrived is the perfect word that I couldn't think of when trying to express how I feel about her. Kudos.
