Keeping a number from a stolen phone
My granddaughter had her phone stolen yesterday. It had a Three PAYG SIM with the All In One 15 top up.
Is there a way of retrieving her phone number for use in another phone/SIM Tony |

Did she actually have the PAYG registered against her name? If so, she can ask for a PAC code and transfer it to a different network?
If she didn't then they would normally text the code, but in this case it's stolen so I don't know what they would be able to do. |

Call three and report the phone as stolen. They will block the sim and send out a replacement
