I've only bought bananas once or twice, I'm not a big fan. Bagged ones are cheaper and tend to be smaller. That's about as riveting as it gets!

The loose ones are loose, the bagged ones aren't. And they're in a bag.

Loose ones you get to choose all the bananas, Pre-packed they could throw in one or two manky ones to make up the weight.

Yeah, I go for the loose ones as I like them still a bit green, but the ones in the bags are usually well on their way to being over ripe.

The bagged ones taste of fish and chips
The loose ones taste like a banana should

My dear old dad is the opposite. He has an aversion to overly green bananas, and prefers them bought yellow. I always buy him a bagged bunch because it's more convenient for me, and he's always very content with them.

You get to choose all the bananas with bagged ones too. I'd never pick up a bag that had manky ones.

They are sprayed with ethylene before they come out which makes them nice and yellow

The ones in bags tend to be more expensive than the loose ones, so I don't understand why people will buy the bags

Bagged you get a spider inside, loose, you get a spider running over your hand.
