Spanish cooking term help
I was watching a show the other day and a Spanish chef made a "dressing" which was similar to persillade.
It was simply chopped garlic & parsley with olive oil. At first I though he called it pizaro, but I now think he said picaro. I did a bit of searching and found that picar = chop in Spanish. Any ideas? |

It might be 'picado' which would just mean chopped. The past participle of verbs that end in -ar in Spanish end
in -ado: so hablar = to speak, hablado = spoken. |
