Can someone explain what Sugababes meant with the lyric "I'm back on scratch again" in 'Can We Call A Truce?' The lyric is repeated a number of times but it's always baffled me. Other than that, I love the song, was just wondering.
Yeah I always just assumed it meant back to square one/starting again with nothing etc. I don't know if its a real phrase or if its just Sugababes slang, like when they say "caisid" in Buster i.e. (afro)disiac backwards.
