In this day and age employers have to accept that women can go on maternity leave or leave the company when they have babies. That's the law. They are entitled to do so. It must be a common occurance in the workplace. Yasmina was perfectly entitled to leave. It is not women's fault that they are the ones who have babies and quite rightly there is employment law in place.
As for the job, I think Apprentice winner, Stella English, who rightly or wrongly is taking Sugar's company to an employment tribunal and was told 'there isn't a job', was earning more than her line manager and was dropped after a year's contract says it all.
The employer can choose, so why not the employee? The Apprentice is a TV show and nothing more. Like I said before out there in the real world along with other women, Yasmina has the right to choose. Despite winning The Apprentice, she has the right to a private life of her own choosing.
