Orange bullying?
My daughter has a contract phone with Orange with unlimited data etc. She had a text to call them today because her bill was showing at £500 for 3 weeks data charges.
No roaming or internet tethering just the usual teenage use. She spoke to the woman on the phone and explained it was an obvious Orange error, but the woman demanded £200 there and then or the phone will be disconnected and the matter taken to court. Obviously very upset I called back on her behalf and wanted an explanation, and there was indeed an error on the Orange IT system. Just a warning to others because the lady I spoke to said there were lots of people getting these texts. Thinking of writing a letter of complaint because my daughter was in tears after the first woman's attitude, who should clearly seen the error |
