What food will you eat but only if you pick out an ingredient or item.

The obvious one for me is steak and kidney. I'll eat it but only if I can extract the kidney. Can't stand the stuff.

At the moment I'm picking the rind out of a jar of marmalade before I spread it on my toast

Anything that calls for fresh corriander. I love indian / thai food, but if anything calls for fresh corriander I leave it out.

I wouldn't buy a thing which had something in it I didn't like, then pick out the offending item. But I have certainly made things in my kitchen and changed an ingredient that I can't be doing with to something I think would be a good subsitute. Or I just leave it out and don't add a different thing.

I wouldn't risk it if I had an allergy!

I just pick them out no bother. Anyway all that happens is I come out in a rash, if it were a serious allergy I wouldn't risk it.
