Nope....the OP is definitely right, it's Denise through and through
no he looks absolutely nothing like Denise Welch to me .. completely different face shape and features and even the blonde wig is nothing like Denise's hair ... Chico's wig was spiked off his face .. Denise's hair is feathered onto her face

Chico doesn't look anything like Denise Welch. For a start, he's upright, and he's not flashing his t**s.
1. He's not drunk at every opportunity
2. He doesn't flash his (man) boobs at every opportunity
3. He doesn't say he and his partner are so devoted to each other thand are still in ove - then annnounce two days later that he's separated
4. he didn't win Big Brother and doesn't boast about it at every opportunity
