We nearly lost Chico tonight because people are voting for that idiot, Sam going was bad enough.

I normally accept people's right to vote for whoever they want to vote for. But I don't understand this. We may have lost Chico, and we did lose Sam, who is definitely better than Andy and much nicer.

The Corrie fans have done it yet again...it's almost similar to Denise & Johnson last year.

I'm surprised even Coronation Street fans would vote for him with his arrogance and arguing with the judges. His smirk of satisfaction when he got through again said it all.

its a real shame, losing Seb last week, and Sam this, and both were better skaters and acted with far more grace. I cant understand why anyone would want to vote for someone who argues with the judges and skates like a thunderbird.

Andy still in is making me and I really wish people would vote on skating not because they watch a bloody show.

I actually don't watch his performance anymore, nor do I listen to the comments as all he does is argue with the judges about how 'wonderful' he is. It so grates with me, especially now we've lost Sam and last week, Seb.
The man cannot skate and really hasn't improved one bit.

I watch Corrie but for goodness sake would absolutely not vote for Andy, I don't like his attitude, to think Chico could have gone to keep that cr*p in. Sam should never have been in the skate off either what a lovely guy he is, I was indifferent to him before this but what a gent. I think Jen and Andy should have been in the SO with Andy gone.

Agreed! Andy thinks hes better then he is and he seems to think he is owed something. Irritating.

I love Corrie and I even like Andy's character in Corrie, but he's bloody awful at skating and doesn't appear to be a very nice person.
So heaven knows why people are voting for him.

Johnson was a lovely chap who tried really hard and although never that great made a huge improvement and was appreciative of the opportunity on the show.

I too don't usually mind it people vote for a popular less talented performer in SCD or DOI, it is their perogative and it is, after all, an entertainment show not a skating contest However why on earth anyone would want to vote for Andy is beyond meAs well as being unable to skate well he comes over as arrogant and obnoxious. Where is the appeal?

I too have been asking myself who's voting for this man. He comes across to me as rude, arrogant and totally deluded about his skating ability.

I can only think that he's got a well organised voting campaign to keep him in. Can't believe it's just Corrie fans. I like Corrie but I certainly don't like him.

Whether or not you like it, people are entitled to vote for whoever they want. As far as I know, there is no rule which says you must not vote for someone others dislike. Andy may be all the things described but, just like in all these shows, people vote for a variety of reasons and often it makes no sense! Anyway, it's not the end of the world, just a TV programme!
p.s I don't vote for Andy, or for anyone else for that matter - a waste of money!

Ok I don't believe I'm agreeing with the OP here but what the .... He is getting ruder and more arrogant as the weeks go on and certain seems to think he is much better than he actually is. He to me has not made any real improvement and then just moans when he gets criticised for it.

Its never good to backchat the judges and I always hate the I can't do so well because of my workload stories although that goes for everyone not just Andy if you can't fully commit the time then don't do a show like DOI that needs major commitment.

Have to say not looking forward to seeing him on tour would rather have seen Sam on tour. Sam seems such a nice guy whereas Andy has surprised me by just how surly, arrogant and rude he is not one I really want to meet at the gates I think.

I agree that people are entitled to vote for whoever, it still doesn't stop me from wondering, who would! He is rude, and he isn't very good. If someone is funny, humble and rubbish, then yes I understand. However, Andy is none of these things. For once I really would like to know why people are voting for him (in a discussion, which is the purpose of a forum).

Some people (not me I hasten to add) always vote for whoever is bottom of the leaderboard to spite the judges. Its rather sad how some people get their kicks
