Missing Credit
Pete G
27-02-2012
Hi i have a Samsung "galaxy Europa" mobil phone on pay as u go.
A couple of weeks ago i did a £10 Top up which didn't last very long.Because i have to go on the mobil internet to top up & check my account, i thought i may have left it on to long therefor eating my money. So i did another £10 top up & made sure i switched "mobil internet" off i made 1 call to another mobil (only lasted about 1 minute)
Yesterday i recieved a text from "3" saying my credit is low (40p).
Has anybody any ideas as someone that is independent. i do intend to go int "3",to see what they say.

When I tried Three PAYG for a month with the All you can eat data add-on, I topped up more than £15 and noticed how slowly my credit went down bit by bit. I asked their Twitter team to look into my problem and in the end they couldn't help, they couldn't see what was eating my credit.
In the end more by accident I read that Three (like Orange) charge for delivery reports and that was the cause.
Pete, did you text a lot?

Ok, was worth a shot. She could just go to Tesco customer service and let them make an announcement.

Have you got any apps running that could be using your credit?
My daughter has a Galaxy Ace an used all her Internet usage and then ended up will a bill for going over.
She insisted she hadnt been on the internet or downloaded music etc, then we found it to be one of her apps which has since been deleted and no longer has the issue.
Or maybe you have one of those roque scam
apps that sends out random hidden messages to premium rate numbers.
