Does anyone on the forum use a Freesat box in Malta...to receive bbc and itv channels - if so what box and dish are you using and whats the quality like?

Freesat also needs a signal from Eurobird for its EPG. Does anyone know whether it reaches that far south, and what size of dish is needed?

You need a site dedicated to Malta, it's the Easterly location that is likely to give you most problems especially with the narrow beam from Astra 1N. All the other birds have wide beam transponders.

Not seen any reports from Malta but Astra 1N has improved reception considerably South and West from the UK but seems very difficult to get in Cyprus.
