That was a big win for Barca, and it showed their resiliency to come from behind in such a huge game.

I don't know how true it is, but I saw a stat say that Messi goal, was the 1000th goal that he and Ronaldo have scored in their top level careers to date, if true that is amazing!

Blast from the Past just scored for Levante

Guiseppe Rossi

Seems he's been out injured for ages

Sounds about right.

I'd seen he'd joined Levante on loan. Smart move to try and get back into the Italian squad.

12 league wins in-a-row now for Juventus in Serie A. That equals a club record of consecutive wins in a single season.

The Nev Bros are sinking like a stone at Valencia. Doesn't look like Gary will make the end of the season.

Genoa at home and Frosinone away their next two games. So it could well be 14 consecutive wins this time next week. Napoli giving them a good battle though.

Gary Neville's credibility will take a battering the longer this continues

Yup, he took a big risk taking the job because there are so many factors outside his actual coaching ability that could see him fail but at the end of the day that won't matter.

He always had a bit of false credit on the back of being an excellent pundit but sounding intelligent on tv doesn't make you a good coach!

I have no doubt he would still get job offers but the halo has certainly slipped a bit.

It was alway a huge ask for him, going over to a club whose fans expect big things, and not speaking the language.

He needed a pre-season ideally to try and get his messages across, instead of jumping in during a season.

He could still claim a cup win, so if he does it wouldn't be all bad, but his league form is not good at all, you would have thought that Valencia would have had enough to neat Sporting at home.

He might just stick with being an owner of a football ub, rather than managing one after this I think.

I think there's a good chance Real have their game wrapped up. 3-0 up already with only 17 minutes gone

Ronaldo doing what he does best at the moment, which is beating up on really shit teams. 32 goals this season, I believe. of which:

8 v Espanyol
6 v Malmo
5 v Shakhtar
2 v Vallecano, Gijon, Sociedad
1 v Levante, Celta, Las Palmas, Eibar, Getafe

0 v Barca, Atletico, Sevilla, Valencia, Villareal, Bilbao, PSG

with the exception of the two against Sociedad, take away all his league goals and Real still have the exact same number of points. if you did the same with Benzema instead, they'd be 8 points worse off.

32 goals this season, .
Remarkable that he's still scoring at that rate. I feel very lucky to have been able to watch Messi and him on a fairly regular basis. Incredible players.

Something like his 29th hat trick for Real. Absolutely incredible really.

Too early to write Neville off just yet. Didn't see the game but from what I read Valencia looked like a side that Neville is trying to produce.

Over a thousand goals now between him and Messi apparently, unreal figures by the pair of them.

It will take someone special indeed in the future, to come close to what we are seeing right now from the pair of them.

I'm no fan of his, but he made a point a week or so ago, which I totally agree with, they're playing okay and their fighting right until the last minute, most of their equalizing goals have come once the match has gone beyond 80 mins. If he can get a couple of wins under his belt in the league then who knows. They're certainly not getting battered by teams at the moment.

Wow!

If this is true, this really would be China moving into the big leagues transfer wise anyway.

Anyone know if any UK broadcaster is picking up the Copa Del Rey Semi Finals tonight? Sky Sports haven't shown a single match from the competition this year.

Poor old G. Nev... As someone said in another thread, walking the walk is very different to talking the talk... I feel sorry for him and hope he ends the season well...
This Barca team take no prisoners and dont worry about resting star names for a cup tie...

Surprised if he's still there this time tomorrow. It's been a disaster. Come on home, Gary.
