Yup, he took a big risk taking the job because there are so many factors outside his actual coaching ability that could see him fail but at the end of the day that won't matter.

I'm no fan of his, but he made a point a week or so ago, which I totally agree with, they're playing okay and their fighting right until the last minute, most of their equalizing goals have come once the match has gone beyond 80 mins.
