Been watching the Monaco match. I remember why I'm not a fan of French football that much. Very dull match, little atmosphere.

Kaka took a knock in the game against Torino and is going to be out for a few weeks. He's decided to not receive any of his wages until he's fit again, lovely guy.

Napoli v Dortmund is looking to be THE standout tie of this weeks Champions League round, two teams who have won all of their league games so far, so something will have to give there, I cannot wait to see that one, that much is for sure!

Really looking forward to that game. Dortmund in electric form. They may have lost Gotze but Mkhitaryan is looking to be a sound replacement. And with one of the quickest forwards in Europe (Aubameyang) in the side and firing, they're even more dangerous on the counter attack!

There is just so many different ways that this game can go (and indeed the reverse fixture later on as well), as both sides couldn't be in any better form coming into this.

I am really excited about this, as since both sides are so good, I just don't see how this can be a let down in anyway shape or form.

Not sure which games to watch tonight. Will probably watch United/Leverkusen on the telly and get either Galatasaray/Madrid or Copenhagen/Juventus up on the laptop. I wouldn't be surprised if the game of the round is Sociedad vs Shakhtar. Nice, evenly contested tie. I'll be on Vela anytime!

Expecting United to win but it should be a good game as Leverkusen's front 3 are all playing well. They're missing Castro in midfield through injury but Lars Bender should be back. They rely on counter attacks for goals so United will just have to be careful not to get caught out. I don't see Kiessling causing Rio and Vidic too many problems as he's not the quickest and they should be able to cope with him in the air, but obviously if he gets a chance he'll finish it. Sam and Son both have pace and know where the net is so could be threats. I'm gonna say 2-1 to United.

Big clashes tonight in Serie A and Ligue 1. Napoli travel to Milan and need a win to return to the top of the table. Milan need a win to kickstart their season after a poor start. Roma currently occupy top spot after a 2-0 win over Lazio at home continued their 100% record. Totti continues to amaze me, still running the show at almost 37 years of age! Inter and Juve sit on 10 points, after Inter traveled to Serie A newbies Sassuolo and crushed them 7-0, while Juve came back from 1-0 down to beat Hellas Verona. Fernando Llorente got his first goal.

In Ligue 1, PSG welcome Monaco to the Parc des Princes in what is likely an early title clash. Ranieri keeps saying Monaco aren't in the title race this season but after going to Marseille and winning, they look very comfortable in this league.

Dortmund and Bayern sit jointly atop the Bundesliga on 16 points after Dortmund could only muster a point away at Nurnberg while Bayern traveled to Schalke and whooped them 4-0. Leverkusen are staying with them on 15 points after winning 4-1 in Mainz. Kiessling joining the other top scorers in the league after bagging his fifth of the season. Hannover are actually doing quite well in 4th despite their main man, Mame Diouf, being out injured (again!).

Great day and nigh oft football on the tv. Inter hit seven, Rome derby, Bundesliga, Spanish, Manchester derby, PSG v Monaco and to top it off a really exciting Milan v Napoli game in which Mario actually missed a penalty but then scored a cracking goal. Great stuff.

A great result for Monaco at PSG. Ibra had chances to win the game after Falcao's equaliser as PSG were the better side but that doesn't matter. Monaco remain top of Ligue 1 for now.

I thought it was impressive in La Liga for Barcelona to score 4 without Messi getting on the scoresheet! Ronaldo got himself a couple of goals in Madrid's 4-1 derby win at home to Getafe. Bale nearly got his home debut but injured himself in the warm up!

Madness in Milan where Balotelli missed the first penalty of his career (go on Pepe! ), scored in injury time then got himself sent off after the final whistle for having a go at the ref and is now banned for 3 matches. Napoli were fortunate to win but you can already see Rafa's influence. They found and exploited Dortmund's weaknesses in midweek and were doing it against Milan too. Also, Higuain is looking like his old self again. Now Roma and Napoli are the two sides in Serie A with a 100% record.

Who would people say are the better team at the moment, Athletico Madrid or AS Roma??

Both teams have seriously impressed me this season.

Im no expert at at all but Roma have surprised me.

The fact that they have made Gervinho to be a deadly and now player to be feared means they deserve huge amounts of credit right there!

Plus Totti is just simply wonderful, watch his piece of wonderful skill in his own box, to set up the third yesterday, it was simply out of this world good.

I only wish that Giggs was as good as him, since they are about the same age range.

Garcia is looking like the right fit for this Roma side. After the madness of Zeman they needed somebody to come in and find the right balance. Still playing good attacking football but much better defensively. You really cant knock seven wins out of seven as well as scoring the most goals in the league and only conceding one goal in seven.

Madrid are a slightly better side right now and Roma still have a bit of work to do to continue this awesome start, but yeah, massive turn around for them. Made the right moves in the summer.

Serie A is looking like a fantastic league to watch this season, so many good teams about.

inter were unlucky, it was 2 amateur mistakes from defenders who should know better that cost them, other than that there wasnt much between teams and if guarins shot had gone in off post inter may have gone on to win.

i am sure inter will go on another run now, definetley top 3 cotnenders

The Bundesliga is doing well, it is just good to have so many good teams from different countries.

Nah, Roma were the better side, deserved the win.

Inter aren't in too much of a dissimilar position, work still needed to be done but certainly improving after a crazy season last season. I'd be really surprised to see them finish in the top three too. Juve and Napoli will be too much and take the top two spots. I'd expect to see Fiorentina and AC finishing ahead of them too and likely even Roma if they can continue to work on the brilliant start to the season (which you'd expect they will. Right moves in the summer have improved this season). You've then even got the likes of Lazio and Udinese (though I'd certainly expect Inter to be finishing ahead of Udi).

I'd say Inter will be finishing in the Europa places, probably 5th place. It'll be more of a rebuilding season for them, just can't see them having enough over the season to finish in the top three, would be a massive shock.

Big 1st vs 2nd game in Serie A tonight to welcome back club football. Higuain starts on the bench for Napoli and Ljajic on the bench for Roma, so both teams are missing an important player in their starting line-up.

Always hoping to see Rafa do well but not sure who to cheer on as I like Roma too! (mainly because of Totti )
