Cos we're getting off topic a bit here aren't we?

Still, I guess that's because it's such a daft thread and everyone's got bored now.

Ooh Wee, i remember hearing this in about 2003 and not knowing who it was, then Mark made Version and i saw Here Comes The Fuzz for a fiver in HMV and bought it. I was very surprised at the difference in the musical styles of both albums and Mark's appearance too.

And Record Collection? Well that's Mark's stab at 80s retro, even the blonde quiff was cool.

And i agree, Madonna does seem to be going quite old school. I love the snippet of I Don't Give A....

This is going to be some album I just know it.”

Haha yeah lets keep it off topic though i will post in that thread too just saw it

I personally feel retro is becoming the new contemporary which is really cool. I always love hearing a musical style that reminds me of sounds of my childhood and before etc

Yeah i hope Madonna really brings more to the table with these sounds and styles I cannot believe I DOnt give A...is a Solveig production with M! It sounds like she really pushed him for new sounds here by the snippet...i love it.

Yeah MDNA is gonna be a beast. And LOL NME posters really are like some DS posters sometimes...so naiive and not looking at the big picture posters saying things like "she aint 20 no more"(with 4 likes) etc. and its like...well Madonna didnt release her debut till she was 23...AND she never said she was 20...and listen to the words she is sing/rapping DUH! lol.

Indeed, so do I!

The 80s is my fave era, it's when I was a youngster so almost anything that reminds me of then is a winner with me.

AH thats sweet, i guess thats why i feel so much for 90s sounds, Electronica etc. It reminds me so much of when i was little and at the same point 80s was on blast in our house a lot too. I loved those elements in the Music and COADF albums where they felt like they brought retro vibes to Dance music.

OH! check this lil preview out -

the Swide one in particular.

I very much am feeling that. MDNA is an important album for so many reasons and it will be a definite showcase totally. I think MDNA will have all these layers to look at and approach indirectly...will be an amazing listen through...i literally cannot believe how hyped i am for it!
