I don't even like boy band type music in general, but after all the recent success of The Wanted's 'Glad You Came' in the US, I've found myself having the song stuck in my head today.

yawn. get some sleep.
thank you for giving your songs by boybands you like early beatles stuff would today be classed as boyband material, thats all i'm saying so dont trollor expect me to reply why is early beatles material classed as 'boyband material'?... because they have an appeal to a young female audience?...but ALL acts have had that to one degree or another! from elvis to jimi hendrix, the beatles to led zeppelin... you cannot group together any act who can compose, play, perform, in the same generic class as a group of manufactured karaoke ballad singers. theres a million miles between the beatles, duran duran, spandau ballet, busted, mcfly, and westlife, boyzone, 5ive etc etc etc. with the ONLY simularity being they had a larger then most female fanbase. ridiculous. |

dawwwww, i was a straight up backstreet boys fan...thier songs are actually perfect pop. I always find that in many boybands, there's always one member with an awesome, gorgeous voice...imo, in bb it was brian....
in blue, lee ryan etc... you can't deny that some of them really do have lovely voices. As for songs...loads of boyband songs are good, but i'm talking mainly 90s boybands.... some of them today seem very shit. At least, the british boybands anyway. lol. |

I love absolutely anything by the Backstreet Boys, they're still going strong now and I love that they've been going for 19 years.
On the subject of other groups, I liked music from: *NSYNC MN8 5ive 3T I'm not a huge fan of other groups. I'm more into my R&B/Soul music. I do adore The Beatles though and although some consider them a boyband, I couldn't see it. |
