I like Talk That Talk better but i think they'll both kinda flop compared to rihanna standards

Neither really.

Neither. They're both not as good as 'Roc me out'.
'Birthday cake',to me, is one of the worst tracks on the album.

Birthday Cake is better. But the CB remix isn't getting released on itunes, so it won't meet success.

talk that talk is ahead of the shorter version of birthday cake on the u.s. itunes charts.

'Birthday Cake' is far better! Both the short and the extended version. I actually hated it when the album was released, but it's the definition of a grower. Guilty pleasure

'Talk That Talk' sounds a bit generic to me and Jay Z's verse is horrible, but it's still a highlight on the album

When it comes to commercial success, I think 'BC' with another feature ( if only that Christina Aguilera rumour was true ) would be a SMASH in the US and with a good video probably a worldwide hit too. With Chris Brown featured, it's going to flop utterly. Maybe people will buy it on iTunes, but it will get zero radio airplay. 'TTT' on the other hand won't be a smash in any territory, but it will be a moderate hit, bigger than 'You Da One', but far inferior compared to 'WFL'

I love Jay-Z's verse, the best part of the song imo!

I love both songs. But I think they both won't do that well, since they're not radio friendly. Radio only likes playing generic dance songs at the moment, which means only We Found Love and Where Have You Been can be big hits from Rihanna's album.

Well, we can agree to disagree. Imo, his verse ruins the song I was indifferent to the song until I saw her perform it without Jay Z's verse yesterday and now I love it and it's stuck in my head...
