I've chewed my nails since I was a child. I'd love to stop and tried 'stop n grow'etc but just can't grasp it. Any suggestions, advice ? Please Help!!! X

Why don't your try having fake nails for a while cause you can't bite them off you might beat the habit like that?

Had them done and chewed the hell out of them! Does anyone think Hypnosis would help?

Go for acrylic or gel nails... You can't bite them and they look good... have to maintain them once a month
