Seven acts left now, and with Sharon being left with the casting vote last night, we saw Verity leave the competition. Our poll last week was bang on with '2 To Go' and 'Verity' gaining the least number of votes. Let's see if we can do it again this week.

Im a little worried about these G4 morons. If that laughable performance doesn't get them in the bottom two then I don't know what will.

On a similar note it doesn't seems to matter what that fog horn rowetta does either, the public are still gonna vote for her.

Totally agree with you there, G4 not only bored the hell out of me but HOW cocky was Jonathan!! I mean for pity's sake, everyone had a go last week when Pete from 2 To Go told Simon to "shut up" but nobody has even bothered to mention the absolute load of rubbish Jonathan spouted last night, I mean how public schoolboy was that. I expected to see a teddy bear or dummy come flying across the stage, I suppose it was bonus he didn't start crying again!!

My bottom 3 would be all of Louis groups - and G4 to go

I think the groups will really struggle from now on.

Ok well i think we have two clear favourites to go next week. I voted 2 to Go but to be honest either them or G4 would be fine by me.

I cannot stand U2 and I think their original version of that song is a turgid, melodramatic dirge. I've heard a few good singers try to cover it, and fail. Until last night, the only cover version I ever rated was Christine Collister's - and then last night, Rowetta and the gospel choir gave the song some class, dignity and soul. I would have loved to hear her sing the whole thing. She impressed me no end.

I agree Ruby. I HATE U2 and think they're possibly the most overrated band ever. When I found out Rowetta was singing one of their dirges, i feared for her but she did a really good job imo.

Lets hope she gets a better song next week though.
