'3' Network - Chief Exec, help please!
I've been having lots of network problems at home (been refused a Home Signal box) and have 5 contracts with them.
I have been emailing the Chief Exec's office but just get a standardised reply every time. Tried complaining on both their Facebook and Twitter pages - anyone else got a 'senior contact' I could try? Thanks in advance (Executive.Office@three.co.uk) - the email I have been trying |

The 3 Executive office is a special customer service section based in Glasgow.
It's function is to prevent escalation of compalints to Ofcom primarily and they do their best to resolve issues often making concessions if they have coverage available. Keep trying but as a last resort you could e-mail the CEO of 3 UK directly although I suspect that mail might end up back in Glasgow at the Executive Office in common with all major networks. Very last resort if 3 UK don't provide a suitable response would be to contact Ofcom the UK Telecoms regulator. They have the power to make networks take note and act. |

CEO: david.dyson AT three.co.uk
as others have stated, i doubt this goes anywhere near him. Especially being on top of one of the most complained about networks.... but you never know! |

How long have you been with 3 and how long have you been having signal issues at home?

I got my HomeSignal 5 days ago and its amazing, just connected it up to my router left it for a while then connected all the phones.
Full signal on all 4 phones in every room of the house it was free aswell. I'm really impressed with 3 on this great service and a really great product(especially as its free). |

I get a great 3 signal at home. However since my dad died a few weeks ago I have been spending a lot of time over at my mums where 3s signal is lousy. I called 3 CS and after they had run a few tests they offered me the Home Signal. So I now get a full signal at my mums as well.
