Just called vodafone to find out when I can upgrade and was told they have just reducded the time that you can upgrade from 3months on 18mth contact to 50days. Apparently this have just been changed, however nothing has been sent to customer etc. Advised he would credit my account with £10 as a good will gesture. Anyone know anything about this change?

Not a massive issue as isnt that much for me to just buy the remainder of the contact out. But little bit of moving th goal posts in my opinion.

If you do upgrade early you still have to be on the network for the extra months.

You are contracted for 18months, there is no requirement on any network to upgrade you early.

And as above any early upgrade hs the remaining months of old contract added to the new one.
