Selling Blackberry in contract
Does anyone know what Orange's policy is on selling mobile phones that are still within a contract?
I want to keep the sim but plan on putting it in an iPhone instead, just want to know if I can sell the phone before the contract is up. |

Shouldn't be an issue. If you failed to keep up payments on your plan then they would chase you for the money not the phone. Probably would also depend on how far into the contract you are. Just one other point though what sort of sim is in your current phone? iPhone's use micro sims not the normal size so you would have to get a micro sim off your phone company and they may not do this.

Is it not possible just to cut the sim down? I know a few people who did this on their 4, but has the sim changed on the 4s?

For the short time I had a 4S, it was a case of getting a local phone shop to chop the card into a micro sim, cost be £2.99 if memory serves me right
