Carrie Ann saves Gladys. Len and Bruno save Roshon.

Sniff Sniff. I know it was time for Gladys to go but will miss her and miss that lovely boy Tristan. I hope he comes back for pro dances.

According to CA tweet the double elimination is the week after next,so dance duels finish then its on.

Sad to see Gladys go but it was the right result, shocked at Roshon being bottom 2 again.Unless Jaleel does another mega dance I can see him and Roshon bottom two next week and Roshon being sent home.Still holding out for Maria bottom 2 even if I know the judges will save her against anyone but Katherine & Willam.

Ah Gladys, she's a class act, I'm sorry to see her go In her rumba she looked very uncertain about her steps, and she did in the dance duel too. Roshon was the better dancer and I thought it was the right decision - in fact I was surprised by Carrie- Ann's vote for Gladys, I thought it would have been unanimous. I thought she looked lovely in her purple rumba dress but what the was Tris wearing? - he looked like a bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk.

I rather enjoyed Motown night. I got a lump in my throat when The Temptations started singing My Girl, and again after the elimination when they showed Tris in the 'exit' video "I'll miss her as much as Ireland...and I really really miss Ireland". Aw, babe

As for the rest of it...wow, Smokey Robinson looked like a wax effigy, he's certainly been frozen in time! He did warm up a bit (melt?) as the evening went on.

Thought Chelsea's choreo did Roshon no favours. He was never going to pull off sexy so why not try a tender, boy-girl, disney type romance. I think Bruno's wrong to demand 'raunchy' from every single rumba - look at Kara and Artem's classic. Is the rumba a dance in junior competitions? - surely they don't do raunchy?

My 13 year old daughter does rumba and it most definitely isn't raunchy

If you check out the original video of the Temptations singing My Girl, they are wearing purple, and Tristan based his outfit on the singer David Ruffin who also had glasses on in that video. Thought Tristan looked rather nice myself, and Gladys looked lovely - what a lady she is. Bruno was way out of order about their rumba, what 29 year old pro is going to choreograph a steamy rumba with someone old enough to be his granny?? You could read Tristan's opinion on his face So sorry they are gone, because Gladys is a real star, but I don't think her dancing was going to improve any further. Shame really, as Tristan's family will be there next week

So team dances are next week, and Katherine, Maria, Roshon judging by this pic are on the same team; I already know they will win since they have the best pros for team dances in their teamerek and Mark .
What I am interested to see is who will be the brother in charge? Derek or Mark. I really think that Mark should take a backseat on this this and let Derek lead their group(as much as I like Mark ,Derek is a better choreographer in these team dances and always end up winning most of the time because he produces outsatnding choreo

I'm late to the party Thanks for all the links, enjoyed Mowtown week and the results show bought a tear to my eye in parts

Bea Bopp liked your description of Tris' outfit - likened to a bar of Cadburys Dairy Milk he he he, well you could eat him

Feel a bit sorry for Roshan now, think his slim build still makes him look gangly however hard he tries.

Can't believe I'm saying this but preferred William to Donald this week, found Donald's suit off putting for some reason, didn't rate his dance either.

Thought Kath was good, it showed Mark has drilled and drilled technique for her. She lacks a bit of flow, but she is getting there. She seems to be picking up Markisms now too, not quite his gurning faces, but quite animated expression wise as they dance She does well to keep up with him and not be outdanced, he looked more knackered than her at the end of the marathon

Aw sad to see Gladys and Tris go, gracious to the end, Gladys not Tris

Thought Melissa danced her best this week.

Jaleel did well, but still can't warm to him.

Maria and Derek danced better this week, but overall feel Derek's choreo, this season has been a let down.

Yeah - other people saw that outfit and thought 'Buddy Holly' 'geek' 'ooh, a recreation of the original Temptations' outfits'. Me, I saw it and thought....'CHOCOLATE!!!!'

I'm glad we've solved the mystery of the stunt fall-off-the-sofa.

*cough* Lets agree to disagree on that one! Besides which Maks and Cheryl have done some awesome paso's in their time..admittedly they have lesser clay to work with this time..but Derek has Maria which is a bit of drag factor

Stop mentioning chocolate you're not helping my diet people!

BIB Omg you noticed it too, they really are a great partnership .
I agree with you about Derek, I usually love his choreo but this season not so much.
