Good luck to all the contestants tonight.

It feels like the momentum is with Donald so I'm expecting him to come in first. I'd like to think Katherine could make second place, but William seems to have a lot of fans, so I'm expecting him to be runner up. I honestly think Katherine deserves better than third, but getting to the final is a huge achievement considering she was unknown in the US at the beginning, so would think she'll be thrilled to have had the chance to see it through to the end .

The judges are going to keep their marks really close (I'm not expecting anything less than a 9 ), and the public vote will be over, so the third dance seems a bit of a pointless exercise really (apart from the fact that they need to make a telly show, of course )

Think Donald may have got the MBT too, but hope Kath gets it or comes second, whatever she has more than surpassed her expectations as an unknown so it's win win all round.

After the final two are announced how will the voting then work? Can't see myself getting up in the middle of the night to vote. Are the other votes leading up to the 3rd place elimination taken into account also?

I loved Donald's freestyle last night. It was a lot of fun. And I loved Katherine's and was so happy that Mark did not go down the hip hop road and did something very suited to Katherine. William for some reason I cannot get excited by his dancing.

My heart belongs to Katherine because I think she has been consistently the best dancer (IMPO) and as an unknown to me before, I had no judgements or thoughts about her before the season. I have enjoyed her dancing and so I voted for her last night with every vote I had.

We will see how strong the fanbases are because it seems like no one can really predict who will take it. My guess is Donald.

I definitely think Katherine made her mark in the US because she has been trending off and on since last week and dwts always tops the ratings. This is sweeps week for the networks so the viewership peaks.

I am not sure but I think it is the judges scores on the dances tonight that are added in to tally the final percentages? I think all the public voting has been accounted for.

My 10p's worth -

Katherine and Mark -
Paso Doble - 10 - Best traditional Paso ever!
Freestyle - 9 - So fast and technical that any drop in energy or lack of sync by Katherine would show - and it did. Also I don't think the lifts were as smooth as they were supposed to be. BUT it was a true freestyle show dance and I loved it!

Donald and Peta -
Argentine Tango - 8 - I just didn't feel it and I really wanted to. I don't think blue costumes helped either.
Freestyle - 9 - Same as Katherine really - so fast and technical that any drop in energy or lack of sync by Donald would show - and it did. Their lifts were better though. But I'm always was disappointed when nothing or virtually nothing of what they learned during the series features in the show dance.

William and Cheryl -
Cha-Cha-Cha - 9 - It was well danced, but Cheryl is clearly going for the sex appeal vote!
Freestyle 9 - Again it was well danced, but too predictable, but who knows why people are voting for them? I just hope Cheryl's choreography hasn't let them down.

My main thought about the free style performances is given that all three celebs can dance to a high standard, it's a shame how little technical content they've learned over the last few months was on show.

So score wise I think Katherine and Donald are tied, with Katherine a smidgen ahead for more technical content and William is in third place.

PS I sound like a dance purist!

Its inevitable that Donald and Peta will win, so congrats to them in advance .
However, I would consider it a victory if Katherine could at least come 2nd not only because she was the best overall dancer during this competition but mostly because I think that her freestyle was very innovative and impressive, so Kudos to Mark for that.

I hope that tonight we have more informations about the Allstars season which Im already so excited about

Oh how I wished we could clone Mark and Derek because I want so many of their previous partners back: Shawn, Kristi, Nicole, Lil Kim....
-I really want to see Derek and Lil Kim dance again:this is his partnership that I enjoyed the most if she cant do it Nicole would be my 2nd choice(but I dont think that she will do it
-I would love to see Mark with Shawn again(and this time she would be almost 21 ) but unfortunately Sabrina Bryan(who woz robbed) is pretty much confirmed for this.

Loved this series and as much as I am wishing Katherine will win it is inevitable America will vote for Willaim Levy LOL just "cos es well fit" factor. If Katherine wins I will do cartwheels in my house. But I doubt it will happen.

Also about the All Stars Season. NO to Donny Osmond. WORST winner ever and do not want him on show.

I thought Gilles would win because women were so hormonal over him and then factor in how he danced. I thought there was no way a female celeb could win going up against him. You just never how the voting will go especially with Donald and Katherine having great freestyles.

I agree. I think the hormonal factor is negated somewhat in the final. More people vote in the final who never vote before and these people are most likely to vote for the best dancer. This is why I think Katherine will win. I like Katherine but just have a slight preference for Donald (probably because I have an irrational dislike for Mark)

Going from the responses that I saw after yesterday's show:I would hand the victory to Donald even though I want Katherine to win.
Gilles imo lost because of his horrible/awful/dreadful freestyle and because Shawn's FT was so much superior than his .
And thats kind of the same thing that Cheryl did yesterday with Willy so Im glad that Len called her on that and that most viewers saw it.

You guys probably know that Mark is probably the pro who still remain friends with all of his previous partners (Maks also) and I like that about him .
Ok so yesterday, Cheryl asked Kristi and Sabrina (Mark's previous partners) to ask their followers to vote for her and Willy.
-Mark saw Kristi tweet and questioned her on her loyalty "jokingly" and she said that Cheryl ask her that favor and kind of apologized to Mark. Still dont know if he saw the same tweet that she sent to Sabrina.

I hope her and Willy finished 3rd, not because of that just because of that crappy freestyle and the fact that he is not as good as some want us to believe!
