Mark's touched down in the UK, he's at his Nan's and then going to look for a hotel in London, good luck on that one Marky, you may have to ask Kath to put you up

Im sure that whatever happens some of them made up. At least Karina and Mark did. I remember her sending him a tweet before this final saying that" she liked his freestyle "(Im paraphrasing) and he said thanks love you Karisha lol. And from what I have seen they are pretty friendly on the show
![]() .I agree with what you said about Vincent and Flavia - I think it was remarkable that they were able to stay together as a professional couple after what happened. Cynics might say that's because their pro-partnership is their livelihood (which it is, of course), but I have the feeling that there was enough friendship and respect between them to make it worth getting past the temporary heartache. |

Val's 'song' to his brother (not something he should be proud of
)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCf_zgCxMQg (or just read the comments!) He should stick to the dancing This replaced the vid with Mark and Tony - perhaps they realised it was a mistake. ![]()

Yes Kerri Anne asked Danielle and Zoe questions didn't listen to the answers, before talking over them, hate that. When I Youtube bits, don't bother watching Mel B lol, the bit I saw of her in the beginning, she asked a question and you could see she was bursting to butt in, before they had got a sentence out. She's either a novice interviewer or another 'me' person or both lol.
I like how your scores are shown while the dancers are standing right by the judges, can you imagine that here or DWTS US lol, may not be so contained if the paddles showed 1,2 or 3's, although the likely-hood of that for the US version, very remote. What the, Val C singing ![]() Stick to dancing Val

Well she's got the room, heard her house was where The Apprentice candidates stayed last year, (maybe she bought the house after?) I think, so wouldn't be that much of squeeze then would it ![]() ![]()

Our show is the same format as the US and UK shows, the dancers get their scores in the 'green room' with co-host Mel B.

I'd heard that, too. I vaguely remember hearing what she'd been paid for it's use. (Not that I recall the sum, just that it makes me think it was hers at the time
)Wonder if it needed a makeover once they vacated the premises? Probably helps pay the mortgage and she's away quite a lot, good to have housesitters ![]() ![]()

Had a nosey and think this might be the right year of the Apprentice? Seeing glimpses of her pad here and there, she likes white.

The first series in 2005 saw them housed in the £4million 17th Century Said House in Chiswick – where they ran up a £12,000 repair bill through their wild parties.

Peta and Maks is a big :yawn: for me. Its their life so whatever. Im not completely sold on this new girl Peta(meaning as a pro on dwts) plus I think that Maks has become such a famewhore nowadays
![]() I have always been a Karina's fan and I dont know why she used to get so much flack from everybody (not only for their breakup but as a dancer also). Maks is a lousy teacher for newbie dancers. He takes the frustrations that arise out of his professional shortcomings out on his students in a vile way. See Hope. See Melissa Gilbert. I don't care how much those women publicly defend him. He's the only dancer I actually dislike on any of these dancing shows, and it's because he's such a cowardly little bully to these women. I rooted for JR and Karina, and less than a year ago, years after his breakup with Karina, he was still being a jerk to her. Doing stupid canine-like dominance moves of wedging his body between her and a presenter during on-camera interviews. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3qKo...ature=youtu.be He would cover Karina's picture with something in the rehearsal studios. This is stuff on camera. I can only imagine how difficult he was to Karina when the cameras weren't rolling. Now, he's with Peta, I guess he's finally ready to be civil to Karina on camera. Quote:
BIB - It was definitely real!! No surprise that Val was in Maks' corner (but blimey!...so harsh and so public!
), but I was gobsmacked that Mark and Tony would be so partisan (and a bit childish) in public - they had to work with her after all. Whatever you think of Maks, it did seem as if Karina broke his heart. (It put me off her for ages). Anyhow, it was good to see them apparently having put their differences behind them this season. As to Katherine doing Strictly, I don't know how she would have gone down . Quite a few people seemed a bit sniffy about her doing DwtS, though...as if she'd snubbed Strictly (and the UK ). I think as others have said, she divides opinion. She has a sugary sweet image which a lot of people are quite cynical about (me included - but she really grew on me on DwtS - perhaps the same would have happened on SCD). I do think she had more to gain and less to lose by choosing to do the American show, and, as it turned out, it was a bit of a result .That's a keen perspective on what Katherine on SCD might've been like. I found her charming too. Perhaps she would've won over doubters in the SCD audience.Quote:
UltraJane - re Katherine and a Strictly win, I'm not sure. The thing is there was absolutely no reason for her to do SCD because she's such an established star here and no need to raise her profile - doing DWTS was all about breaking into the America market so completely logical for her.
The other thing to bear in mind is that Katherine does tend to polarise people here - she has plenty of fans, but people who don't like her tend to really not like her IYKWIM - so who knows how this would have panned out had she done SCD. Plus you have the complication of her ex fiance who was a hugely popular Strictly star and the prevailing public view seems to be that she dumped him to pursue fame and fortune in the US - though, to be fair, no-one has a clue as to what really happened, but people will always have their ideas won't they

Bless you! Thank you for finding and posting that. Damian's dad is spitting mad. I guess like a lot of breakups, Damian's and Peta's was a little bumpy. I liked Damian on his one American DWTS season with Pamela Anderson. Pamela would talk about how dancing would bring up all these romantic feelings in her, and then she would quickly namecheck Peta - Damian's then girlfriend - to make sure it all stayed respectful. I liked that frankness.
I think Peta is a terrific dancer, but I don't care for Maks. Getting close to Peta is the closest Maks may ever get to the mirrorball, and he's drooling all over it. If he was such a bully to Hope and Melissa why are they both still friends with him? |
