Obscure, forgotten classic playlist
Ok I know this should probably be in the music section of the forum but I’ve posted here because I’m looking for the obscure, not the obvious.
I’m putting a playlist together for my phone. I have very eclectic tastes in music but rather then just downloading all the old classics I want to root out those forgotten masterpieces. You know the ones I mean. When you hear them you go “OMG I’d completely forgotten about that song” Some Examples The Gun - Race with the devil Elastica - Connection The Specials - Ghost Town Nazerath - Love Hurts Donna Summer - I Feel Love The Knack - My Sheronna As I said, very eclectic and not for any particular era or genre. So…What are your obscure forgotten classics just have to be part of your play list? |

Radar Love Resurrection Shuffle I prefer other Nazareth ones - eg This Flight Tonight |

Love this thread - searching for loads of people's suggestions on Spotify. My choices would be:

The Breeders - Cannonball
Hue and Cry - The Labour of Love
The Primitives - Crash
Cameo - Word Up
There is literally not a playlist on this earth, that is not improved by Cameo's Word Up. Even if it otherwise consists of Handel or Shostakovitch.
