I can understand deaf viewers being annoyed/frustrated but I couldn't help but laugh at some of them

I wish this had been reported on earlier - would have been great fun to watch the subtitles whilst the dullards like Heidi & Andy were on.

I don't know what's worse, the subtitles or the quality of writing in the article .

Looks like cheap software and voice recognition is all they use. I find these things understand dalek - but Phil speaking Dalek, and Katerina as a German Dalek, might sound a bit odd.

you get this with a lot of live shows ..... I remember years ago me and my dad putting the subtitles on whenever there was a live sporting event on as some of them were hilarious
