Android Market
I notice that Android Market has now become Google Play on PC's today with a roll out on Android devices in days apparently.
All to do with cloud integration but I note that Google Music is still not available outside the US. |

![]() How to get Google music in the UK http://www.knowyourmobile.com/featur...in_the_uk.html and then to buy tunes from the store (or get the occasional freebie) you need to use both the VPN and a credit card registered to a US address - though in fact UK credit card details and a made up US billing address do the job. |

The main reason for this rebrand is that people seemed to think of Android Market as somewhere to go for apps but not movies or music. This is to take on iTunes, especially on tablets.

Well I have just read that article and The Telegraph is quite right. Google has to get its act together with regard to music, which is only available in the US at present if it hopes to compete with iTunes.
