Men can get groin hernia's from lifting or gym exercise, its just a weak spot in the muscle wall where the bowel can protrude usually fixed with a few internal stitches, its a minor op. done as a day case, no lifting or exercise for a fortnight after. Best to get it fixed as soon as.

ok fair enough, falling asleep is a natural side effect of staying up all hours

Tonights was a scottish -Indian theme it looked good fun and the bride was very happy , her sister was less chuffed but came round when she saw how happy her sister was.

he went to doctors on monday after suffering for a week,they gave him painkillers and he has to wait for hospital appointment for scan to see if it is that
