t mobile wifi app

Just rang T-Mobile as trying to connect to wifi with their new wifi app as it says i do not have wifi in plan. Rang them and they sent me a text number to get the update but got a reply saying my phone doesnt support the service. Surely my phone isn't obselete or is it? help

The app that allows free connection to BT WiFi hotspots (if that's what you have in mind) is only available (at present) to customers on their new "Full Monty" plans.
If you get your internet from B.T, you can connect to their hotspots using the "BT Fon" app.

Thouht it was too good to be true, but read somewhere that tmobile was revolutionising mobile wifi, must be b**locks, looks like paying my mate for his username and password as no way am i dealing with bt again

No, the FM Plans start from £36.00 and have only been available since February 1st to people upgrading/joining. You can't migrate to them mid-contract.

Ok, cheers for that, will definitely consider tmobile when upgrading as always picking up hotspots when out working ect.
