After already completing 3 Series', Twists and Sequins On Ice is now ready to return for its 4th series in the near future. The most recent series saw dondfan998 (Val) & Matt Evers take the ice crown to join _NiallDEE_ & Melanie Lambert and joshNOM & Florentine Houdiniere in the hall of fame. Could YOU be the next winner to be added to the hall of fame???

With Dancing On Ice back on our screens on ITV1, their couldnt be a better time to challenge your own skills on our virtual ice rink it is now time to open up the application process for contestants for Series 4. So if you would like to take part in DS Twists and Sequins On Ice, please let me know. Get applying people before all the places are filled up ............... The date of the next series' launch is yet to be confirmed but I'll keep everyone posted so dont worry

Just for newcomers who are unaware, the game will follow the same basic format of Dancing On Ice, so there wont be any confusion. However there will also be (like with the TV series) numerous twists to add suspense and excitement so that the game has a different take than the other contests seen on the forums in the past. You will all be paired with a skating pro from the show. Each night you will all be asked to select a song to skate to and to PM that song to me. Each night will have a theme, which you would have to consider when making your song selection. That will determine the scores you receive from the judges, judging by the suitability of the song you have chosen. If you choose 'Smack My B**ch Up' by Prodigy when the theme is 'love songs' then you are unlikely to score well with the judges for example. Then after each show the voting will open and people will be able to rank the contestants from favourite to least favourite. After this the results will be announced as to who has made it through.

More details will be posted as we begin so dont worry

But there will be twists along the way. Some may be cruel or seem unfair some may be nice and be a blessing to some contestants. But thats why its TWISTS and Sequins

Hopefully this series people will also see that voting really is important and not to assume that someone is safe and doesnt need the votes. As most admitted after you were eliminated, they assumed you'd be fine so worried more about voting others higher.

I just wanted to note as I forgot to last series, but as some of you are aware, after each show (which generally airs around midday) the results then follow at 7pm...............

After the results show could you all please make sure you submit a song selection by 11pm that night to allow enough time for the judges to mark and comment ready for the following days show.

If your song is not received by 11pm then a song will be selected by someone else for you, but although the judges wont get told whose song is whose, they will get told if any of the selections were not submitted by you. If you send your song after 11pm I will still try to use it but cant guarantee you will get to use it if the judges arent able to mark it on time

Not meant to sound harsh but I just like to point everything out so everything is fair and square and everyone was aware of the rules and how it will work before the series starts Its just so that people dont feel like anything is fixed. If you were pre warned then you cant whinge lol
