Put your Post Code into here
http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/postcodechecker/ Tick the "I'm in the aerial trade" box then click "Go". This will tell you the most likely transmitter you are receiving from. In the "Coverage Prediction" section for that transmitter you'll see the six UHF channel numbers for the multiplexes in the grey columns under the N. Note these down. Then go back to your box and delete every single TV and Radio channel from it. Now go to the Tuning menu and instead of Auto Search select Manual Search. You then enter the six (or 5 if you are in a Post DSO area and the box doesn't do HD) UHF channel numbers you got off the DigitalUK website. This should ensure only your local transmitter is tuned in and should put everything back in the correct place. It is possible your box can receive a more distant transmitter and that is confusing it making it put channels in the wrong place. |
